All prices in the SerumMasq+ online shop are quoted in Swedish kronor and include VAT at 25%. We do not accept liability for any printing or typographical errors. SerumMasq.com reserves the right to rectify any errors with regard to price, delivery times or other circumstances retrospectively. In such cases we will contact you to inform you of the amendment. You will then have the right to either amend or cancel your order.
You must be 18 or over to make a purchase via the SerumMasq+ online shop.
An order confirmation is generated automatically and sent to the email address that was provided with the order. The order number shown on the confirmation must always be quoted when you contact us regarding your order.
Payment by card
The Serummasq online shop accepts VISA/Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro cards. We offer 3D Secure/SecureCode, which is an additional security solution for customers paying by card. Our card payments are managed by ePay.
In the case of refunds, any money owed will in the first instance be credited to the credit card/bank account, or another bank account nominated by you. Refunds will be issued a few days after the case concerning the refund has been closed.
Our standard shipping charge is normally SEK 29 for delivery within 1-3 days. You will be able to see the cost of shipping in your basket before confirming your order.
Uncollected items and late payment
We reserve the right to charge SEK 300 including VAT for uncollected items to cover the cost of shipping and administration. Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date.
If you do not pay your invoice on time, we will issue a reminder. If you still do not pay the invoice, you will be blocked in our customer register. The case may be referred to the debt collection authority Inkasso for collection. In the case of reminders, we charge a reminder fee of SEK 50 in accordance with the Act on reimbursement of collection charges (1981:739). In the event of late payment, penalty interest is payable at the current Swedish reference rate plus 8%, pursuant to Section 6 of the Swedish Interest Rate Act.
We check all goods before delivery but in the unlikely event that your order is faulty or damaged, please contact us no later than 7 days after delivery. A detailed description should be sent to Powerlite AB. Do not forget to submit your name, telephone number and order number. Email the information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Right to cancel/Goods on approval/Right to exchange
According to the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase or exchange the goods within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact us before you return an order and let us know which product you want to return. The buyer must pay for shipping and the cost of return shipping if the buyer has changed their mind and wants to cancel or exchange the product, and the product must be returned in the same condition as it was in on delivery. This also applies to product labels, packaging, bags, etc.

The goods you have ordered are normally packed within 24 hours (working days). Normal delivery is within 1-3 working days (within Sweden).

In doing so, you agree to us storing and using your personal data in our business in order to meet our obligations towards you.
