Try this refreshing routine after a long week. Gives you a vitamin and energy boost both inside and out. Perfect for an early start to an evening with friends.

Ingredients (for 1 person):
1. (internally) – Spirulina smoothie
• 300 ml orange juice
• 1/2 banana
• 100 ml berries
• 1–2 tsp Spirulina powder
• Ice cubes
• 1 straw
Place all the ingredients in a mixer.

2. (externally) – SerumMasq+ Glow
Gives your skin a fresh glow before a date or party. Luxurious and boosting effect from bubbly, superberries and rose water.
